Nov 8, 2023. Traded in our Class C for a new Entegra Vision XL 36C. Excellent value given for my trade and the staff was very helpful, especially Steve (from parts dept).Updated 9 May 2021:Despite the excellent customer service described below & the 30K+ views of the phots we shared on Google, I wanted to add that we have had issues with our RV that required visits to RV One and Ford for work after each/every trip we have taken. On our... first trip out, Dec 2021, the USB port above the bunk broke. RV One Myrtle Beach has told us 3 times it has been ordered. We learned that the first two times, it had in fact NOT been ordered. So, we are still waiting for that repair.We had an Entegra recall for the auto-levelling system. RV One performed the work and when we went out on the next trip, the auto levelling did NOT work. We had to return it to RV One and it was a grounding issue.We have had our RV at the Ford dealer/service (and, you can't pick any Ford dealer, you have to find one that services RV's) - which is located 30 mins away in Conway, 3 times for the same issue. The issues, we had 4 warning lights on the cab dash. These warning lights were for "service advance track," "ABS," "Hill Assist" and "Brake System. Ford confirmed that all of these warnings present a potential safety issue while operating the RV.Also, during our initial trip, we had to have the mobile RV One repair person come to our camp site because we had a water leak under the kitchen area.I've never owned ANY vehicle that has required 3 visits to the manufacturer (Ford in this case) that was purchased new, with less than 2K miles on it.Dec, 2020:We received outstanding service from the manager, Brian Sojourner. While we were trying to decide about purchasing an RV, Brian took the time to answer our questions about RV's and accompanied us on our test drive. We bought at RV One, Myrtle Beach, because we trusted Brian Sojourner! We purchased a 2021 Entegra Esteem 29V (Class C RV) on 18 Nov 2020. We received a 3 hour demo/walk thru by Brian from the service dept. The demo was excellent and Brian displayed an excellent knowledge of our RV. We had a couple of minor issues that had to be corrected before we took delivery. Brian Sojourner, delivered and set up our new RV at nearby Myrtle Beach State park. Our RV was extra clean when it arrived; which was much appreciated. Thanks again to Brian Sojouner, Brian for the Service Dept., Cheryl in Sales and Brenna in the Finance Dept. I have dealt with some annoying RV companies that just treat me like a way to make money, but Blue Compass RV made me feel like they actually cared about my goals and limits when purchasing an RV. Blue Compass RV at Myrtle Beach has a first rate service department. Mike Micolochich was on top of making sure our travel trailer was ready for delivery. He spotted a tear in the stitching on one of our recliners and informed us on delivery that he had order s new one and would install it as soon as it came in. We store our trailer in Myrtle Beach and they took the chair there and installed it. While there he noticed the tongue jack was not... operating. He notified me of the problem and got one on order covered under warranty. He will notify us as soon as it comes in. Mike is the service manager at Myrtle Beach Blue Compass RV. We have been associated with the people at rv one myrtle Beach since june 2021.upon delivery we found that the concord NC branch gave our electric cord to someone else. The people at myrtle Beach loaned us one.since then, the Dutchman Yukon we regret fully purchased has been riddled with problems due to poor quality workmanship, and these guys have gone overboard helping us withall the issues. Back in June, while vacationing in Myrtle Beach for a month, the macerator pump on our 2021 Airstream Interstate GT ceased. No one was capable or willing to help us. It looked like our vacation was over before it started. I walked into RV ONE in Myrtle Beach not expecting anything more than I was already told….when Toby in service felt my plight and went to work to see what he could do. Supply chain being a mess…..He found a pump in Mexico, and... with expedited shipping it arrived in 7 days with repairs completed the day of arrival. I had warranty work done on my Class-B RV at RV-ONE in Myrtle Beach. Best service I've ever had on my rig. Technically, they know what they're doing there; the right parts and excellent installation. They try to accommodate the customer as best they can; and usually succeed. Josh is the service guy who took care of the rig. I highly recommend RV ONE in Myrtle Beach.
