I absolutely enjoyed my experience with RV One at the Myrtle Beach location. My husband and I worked with Patrick and he was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, patient, and felt like a long lost friend. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.The icing on the cake was the service department and the lovely receptionist. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming.

If I could give more stars, I would. Josh at RV One in Myrtle Beach, took amazing care of my horse trailer with built in RV. He fit my trailer into their schedule when a competitor left me hanging. He provided regular updates, kept me in the loop and took special care to ensure all jobs were thoroughly completed. Especially considering I travel with my horses thousands of miles.

My family and I drove 4 hours to pick up our new RV from another RV dealership in Myrtle Beach. To say our experience was a nightmare would be an understatement. Our nightmare of a day was so beyond worth it, because the next morning before we drove home we stopped by RV one. We got to the dealership a few minutes before they opened. Cheryl was our sales associate, and she greeted us with a warm welcome and got right to helping us. She... listened to our needs, and showed us a trailer that was everything we were looking for and then some. The sales manager was really helpful, and gave us a few solutions to the logistics of us living so far away. We moved forward on the deal from a distance, and the finance manager Brian was also so easy to work with and honest. The entire process of purchasing out trailer was easy breezy. Even the delivery driver who brought us our trailer was great! Thank you so much RV one for going above and beyond for our family! We can not wait to camp in our new beautiful trailer. My husband and I purchased a used but new to us 5th wheel from RV One in November 2022. Very easy and straight forward to work with, even while in NC. Our salesman Koby Johnson was great to work with. He always kept us informed with pictures and updates as needed. Very seamless process, as they pulled our trade in out from storage at a local campground and took our new purchase and put it back in storage for us. Very convenient! Back in June, while vacationing in Myrtle Beach for a month, the macerator pump on our 2021 Airstream Interstate GT ceased. No one was capable or willing to help us. It looked like our vacation was over before it started. I walked into RV ONE in Myrtle Beach not expecting anything more than I was already told….when Toby in service felt my plight and went to work to see what he could do. Supply chain being a mess…..He found a pump in Mexico, and... with expedited shipping it arrived in 7 days with repairs completed the day of arrival. We spent those 7:days in a hotel as facilities were unusable, then back to the RV Resort for three weeks.I want to take the time to thank Toby for going above and beyond, and now RV ONE has a loyal customer, as my wife and I, just purchased our 2023 Airstream Atlas Tommy Bahama Edition from our local RV ONE dealer in Albany, NY. I needed help with an electrical part and I stopped by the store- April 2022. Toby, in the parts department took the time to put two parts together and solve the issue I was having. I decided to replace my RV batteries and stopped by the next day and purchased them from, Toby, because of the excellent service that I had received. Thank You.

I've been here several times for parts. I neglected to get the guy's name at the parts counter, but he is always very nice and helpful and they usually have what I need in stock. If they don't they're willing to order it, but I'm rarely in place long enough for that to be a convenient option. There are many RV stores in the area, but in my experience the people here are the nicest and they will always be my first choice when I'm in the area.

Worked with Brian over at RV One, have to say that was some of the best customer service. Answered all questions, made everything feel hospitable, was able to show rates and competitor prices as well. Will definitely be coming back here to speak with him again and close on a great deal. We went to look at the different RV's at the Florida Supershow in Tampa. After walking through several other dealers we met Stacy. She is great! Very helpful and honest. She and Brian worked with us and we bought the Alliance Valor. We were given the opportunity to pick up the unit at their store (we live in Tampa) where we met Mike who along with Stacy face chatted with me through the installation of the washer and dryer. He was just as... awesome. When we arrived at the store everyone there made us feel at home. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone purchasing or even looking for an RV to make the trip to Myrtle Beach and see them. You won't regret it.read more

We stopped in RV One just to look at a few motorhomes they had sitting on their lot. I like the fact that they were open and available to look at. A lot of places are keeping their units locked and force you to get a sales person to look at anything. Chuck Adams came out to see if we needed any help or had questions. He was real nice, helpful and easy to talk to and ask questions. They have some nice units available. Stop by and see Chuck.

Once we tracked down a salesman, we were treated like the best customers ever. Stock is low, but our salesman took his time and showed us every unit. When we found the unit we wanted, he stayed late to explain all the features.

We purchased a 2019 Jayco Eagle from Stacey this week she was great she got our purchase turned around quickly since we were only in MB for a week. She was very knowledgeable about all the trailers she showed us and was very helpful with our final decision. She ensured we were taken care of in a very timely manner. The service team at RV One were extremely responsive being be purchased used we had a few minor issues and they responded right away... Stacy was fantastic 🤩 and we loved her helpful fun attitude. She was very knowledgeable and also not afraid to say she didn't know the answer to something. She then of course reached out to find the answer. We couldn't find a unit that we could tow with our truck that fit. Otherwise she would have gotten our business.
